Refunds

Please note custom order items are non refundable but we are willing to make the situation right with our customer(s). For inquiries, please send us an email at info@colemandesigns.ca.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Customized items cannot be exchanged. Purchased item must be received before exchange items ships out to customer.

Changes to Ongoing Orders 

To make changes to custom orders, please send us an email at info@colemandesigns.ca. within 24 hours after order has accepted.
